Billing Orchard
If you are a freelancer then you know that you will need some type of system to keep track of billable hours. I came across Billing Orchard several years ago and am happy with their service. You can add clients, services, and create invoices which can be mailed to your client as PDF files, plain text, or printed out to send by snail mail. I always use the PDF feature - it works great. The invoices are nicely formatted and easy to understand. I can highly recommend this service and the price isn’t bad at $14.95 a month. It costs a little more for automated billing. HostGator (Web Hosting)
I own several niche sites and HostGator offers a really great reseller plan which is what I use to host all of my sites. They have great response time when submitting a support request and I have had no downtime with my sites since I’ve been using them. They are a great hosting company for beginners and their one-click installs are great (especially for Wordpress.) Learn more about HostGator.
Keyword Elite and SEO Elite
I use both Keyword Elite and SEO Elite regularly when I need keywords for a new niche and for SEO purposes. My favorite and most useful feature is finding out how your competitors are ranking for the same keywords. You can use this data to outrank them in the search engines. I love both of these programs.
