Thanks for visiting!

I’m a Mac user and have been for many years. I have been in search of a good screencasting software for the Mac which is equivalent to the PC’s Camtasia. I downloaded the trial version of ScreenFlow and was so impressed I immediately purchased it.
The main purpose was to create tutorials to help answer the many questions I often get about Wordpress. What I really like about ScreenFlow is that it is really easy to use. After watching tutorials on it, I was able to make my first tutorial with no problem. You can edit everything right in the same software unlike some that require opening in other software to make simple edits.
You can also use Keynote and PowerPoint along with it as well which is just as easy. This is great if you want to make presentations for info products, etc. I highly recommend ScreenFlow if you are a Mac user. Download the trial and see how easy it is to use.

I have never heard of ScreenFlow but will look into it.
I use a Mac platform for everyday use in conjunction with Windows applications and have found the Mac OSX key combination: command+shift+4 which produces a cursor to capture any portion of screen– an invaluable feature.

I have a mac too but it won’t run Leopard. It is a dual 800Mhz and when Leopard was released, they set the requirements just above 800Mhz. I am so bummed because of all the new features. Screenflow will not run on any OS older than Leopard by the way. I will eventually get around to upgrading my Mac or maybe I’ll just get a new one. Screenflow is a very slick tool when used to it’s fullest. I’ve seen many video that obviously have been made with Screenflow and they all look good, even when produced poorly.
